- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper (more to taste)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (¼ cup to ,toasted, feel free to use gluten free bread crumbs)
- 1/3 shallot (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey.)
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch salt

- 1/8 tsp. ground allspice
- pomegranate seeds (garnish, optional)

Sooo good. I had to thicken the glaze with a little bit of corn starch. But this is an amazing dish.
