Amazing! I didn’t have parsley por replaced it for cilantro and turned out amazing! I wanted to give it a little twist and topped it with coconut yogurt, amazing! Supper quick and easy to make

Yogurt is obligatory، but also there could me more liquid, because the liquid alone is delicious.

First, it's so easy! But what's ease if it doesn't taste good? But this recipe has become a staple in our family. It's a wonderful, no meat, dish that is comforting and healthy.
I also use the basis of this recipe for other dishes - it has broadened my family's palate.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of flavor this dish provided (but I admit I added 2 Tbsp harissa instead of 2 tsp). Easy and delicious, I served it with a dollop of sour cream and piece of toast.

I substituted the harissa for chili sauce and it turned out great! Also added some extra lentils because I like a thicker soup!

Thia soup ia awesome! I have made it twice since I loved it the first so.much. I made mine in my electric pressure cooker.

This soup is simple and delicious. It’s very satisfying for lunch or dinner. I used a lower sodium vegetable broth and added 2 cups of water because I like more broth. Great healthy vegetarian option!

First time I made it and the family loved it! It took a little longer than 40 minutes for the lentils to soften so I added an extra cup of vegetable broth and it turned out lovely :)
