Did not have the fresh cilantro or parsely.
Turned out perfect. Definite revisit.

Good. Very acidic - too much so for the kiddos. Made more like 6 or 8 servings.

I love this soup and make it all the time! Very well balanced flavors I add peas and kale for some brightness and more veggies but it's great as is!
