Excellent. I used a bunch of lamb chops, didn’t add the cinnamon stick (from past experience with similar recipes I know I don’t like the extra cinnamon flavor) and used apricots and golden raisins. I also used a stick blender on the sauce (after I took the meat out) and it made it nice and velvety.
