Needed a little more spices and salt for my taste, but a great recipe overall.

My sons made a cucumber, tomato, feta salad to go with it and it was the perfect summer meal. I doubled the recipe (because 2 teenage sons) and grilled them outside for 4 min each side. This was delicious!

Made it 3 times. First time used beef and it was a big mistake. Second time I used lamb. Exellent! Third time I made for a family gathering. Used 3 lbs lamb and 1 lb beef (because the store was out of lamb) and it turned out pretty good. I cook them over wood kamodo so that may make a difference. The seasoning and flavors are spot on but I am not sure why this recipe has beef as the first option. DON'T USE BEEF as the main protein.

I used onion/garlic powder, which made them easier to mix evenly. Next time I would lessen the amount of parsley, cilantro, or both. Good and flavorful but not astounding.

The only thing nice about this recipe was that it was simple to make and cleanup, otherwise it tasted awful. The pictures are not accurate. When you actually make it, it will look like it doesn’t have enough meat. There is way too much cilantro, parsley and onion. You will only taste those ingredients. I even only used half of the onion and it was still excessive. It also needs more of the spices with the exception of cinnamon which I managed to taste. You will also need an egg to even get it to stick at all. Even after cooking it still falls apart.

So yummy! This was easy and a keeper
I used half lamb and half beef, I also made a mistake and put a 1/2 tsp of cumin in also .

Flavor was perfect, I just had problems keeping the meat on the stick. Once heated it broke apart. I might need to make them smaller and add an egg next time.

Added an egg to help keep meat mixture together. It's still cooking, but smells great!

A little heavy on the cumin but otherwise awesome. Next time I would skip the skewers and add a spicy peanut sauce or citrus and mint on top.

Very tasty alto I would have tuned down the cumin a bit. Thought it over powered a bit. Will do this again as it’s easy and tasty.

This is an easy recipe with great flavors. I doubled up to feed the family and instead of grilling it, cooked/fried them in a pan as flattened meatballs (like a German Frikadelle).
I did not have parsley, but the flavor was still very good. We love Mediterranean food and eat it frequently. This will become a go-to for my family. Delicious with regular sides, such as rice and veggies, but also on a low carb wrap/bread.
