- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 4 cups broth (your choice)
- 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup celery (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup lentils (that have soaked for one hour in 2 cups of water)
- 15 oz. chickpeas (can of)
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes (can of, Cento tomatoes are my favorite)
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
