Very delicious! A wonderful change from my traditional curry goat Jamaican style! This is now added as a family staple. It’s a little labor intensive but I truly enjoy cooking do I didn’t mind at all.

Fantastic but did mine in slow cooker added a tad of garam masala and red currant jelly at last stage. The meat melted in the mouth. Used goat leg 8-10 hours in slow cooker. First hour on high then 8 hours on low based on a 3 pounds goat leg. But forgot to say soaked leg in salt brine overnight. 1 tsp to a litre really tenderised the meat.
