  • 1 pound white fish (fresh wild-caught)

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 mango (ripe, soft, peeled and diced, FYI - we use a mango corer at our house)
