Great, I used a little fish sauce and a ginger rub on the fish. Both enhanced the flavor

Delicious! I will definitely make this again. Bursting with flavour and easy to make.

Didn't use flour, and added chili powder as wasn't spicy enough. Used passata (100%tomatoes) and only added small amount of water. Simmered for along time and really boiled down the sauce so it was svery strong a flavourful. Very nice! Served it with wild rice with chestnuts, cranberry and kaki fruit.
