We really liked this. I roasted the garlic with the veggies then chopped it up and added it to the sauce. I didn’t have red peppers but it was still good.

I absolutely love it! The spice mix is great, I just added a dash of garlic powder and black pepper and it tasted great.
I definitely recommend it!

Great! Very good flavor will definitely make it again. The couscous I bought may have been large because letting it stand for 5 minutes didn’t work. I put the couscous back in the pot to cook for a few minutes. That was the only modification I made.
You could easily do this with quinoa to make it GF.
