- 2 zucchini (small, diced)

- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (+ 1 cinnamon stick)
- 2 butternut squash (large, peeled, seeded and diced, about 1 1/2 lbs)
- 1 lb. sweet potato (peeled and diced)
- 6 dried plums
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 14 oz. diced tomatoes
- 14 oz. garbanzo beans (canned, drained)
- cilantro (roughly chopped for garnish, optional)

Amazing flavor and a great way to use my home-grown produce. I have made this a couple times a year for several years now Can be difficult to find true sweet potatoes in my area though and it can be a challenge to get all of the produce cooked to the correct consistency. Overall, one of my favorite recipes though.

Very flavourful!
I used regular potatoes instead of yams and didn’t have plums. It’s really good we ate it with white basmati rice.
