- 2 Tbsp. SunButter (or nut butter of your choice, make sure it's Whole30 compliant if necessary)
- 1 tsp. vanilla (make sure it's Whole30 compliant if necessary)
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (about 4-5)
- honey (or maple syrup, optional, see notes, omit for Whole30)
