Great! Will make them again. They just stick really well on the tray even with oil so I might use cup cake liners next time to make life easier. It also goes well with a bit of cheese on top.

This is good but I would cut out the bell peppers, they kinda overtake the whole taste.

Really nice easy and quick recipe which can be adapted to taste (I added cheese on top and some milk), however they came out super big and fluffy and fell into itself soon after taking them out of the oven. But still a perfect snack (for most of Europe rather not for breakfast though ;-)).

Delicious! I added some milk to my eggs to make them a little fluffier. Added sausage as well for some extra protein.

It turned out really well, my parents and brother all loved it. I personally would recommend using less bell peppers because the flavor in my opinion is a bit overpowering.

It was alright.
Felt like needed a little more punch of something, was a bit bitter.

So yummy! I had to turn the oven up a bit for the second batch as the first batch took almost 20 minutes. They did better at 375. All my kids loved them and so did I!

These were amazing! I had 5 of them as a light lunch and it was just lovely. Healthy and nice change. Will do this again and again :-)

Yummy 😋
It came out delicious! I added mozzarella cheese & turkey bacon. No salt. My family loved it. I will definitely make it again.

These were delicious! And you can substitute different veggies in. I loved how easy it was to make these

I had to double up on the amount of eggs to fill my 12 muffin tin. I also had to cook them at 350F for 19 minutes for the eggs to fully cook. Not sure if that’s because I’m using a silicon muffin pan or just my oven. However they can out delicious. I used tomato, spinach, and cheese in mine.

Good taste and easy!!!cant wait to fix these with bacon. If you use paper muffin cups, you may want to spray them. I didn’t spray mine and the egg stuck to the paper.

Very tasty and healthy. If you could in a regular muffin tin add 5-10 minutes on the bake time.
