    So yummy! I had to turn the oven up a bit for the second batch as the first batch took almost 20 minutes. They did better at 375. All my kids loved them and so did I!
    These were amazing! I had 5 of them as a light lunch and it was just lovely. Healthy and nice change. Will do this again and again :-)

    Yummy 😋 It came out delicious! I added mozzarella cheese & turkey bacon. No salt. My family loved it. I will definitely make it again.

    I had to double up on the amount of eggs to fill my 12 muffin tin. I also had to cook them at 350F for 19 minutes for the eggs to fully cook. Not sure if that’s because I’m using a silicon muffin pan or just my oven. However they can out delicious. I used tomato, spinach, and cheese in mine.

    Good taste and easy!!!cant wait to fix these with bacon. If you use paper muffin cups, you may want to spray them. I didn’t spray mine and the egg stuck to the paper.

    Turned out perfect!! Just be careful not to fill the pan too much or eggs won’t cook all the way through. I’m never making eggs any other way!!!

    I modified it, chopped up turkey bacon, red bell peppers, red hot peppers , chopped up broccoli , onion and warmed in frying pan with basil/garlic olive oil, then added to the eggs and topped with taco cheese... Wonderful results! Just a little spice in the morning!

    I cooked it for 20 min, and used eggs, salt, tomato, green onion, and a little cheese. It was so delicious! Just be careful of overflow as it cooks

    Fabulously delicious and super easy!!! I used onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and spinach. Next time I may add mushrooms. You can try many variations. Definitely plan to make again and again.

    Easy enough to make. I substituted the cucumber for mushrooms and baked for about 15 minutes instead of 10-12 like the recipe suggested. I also used 6 eggs as one egg fit each muffin slot perfectly.
