- 3 Tbsp. ghee (or unsalted butter)
- 1 tsp. jeera (/Cumin)
- 1 potato (Chopped)
- 1 carrot (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric (/ Haldi Powder)
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup moong dal (I have used Green Moong dal. You may use Yellow Moong dal if you like.)
- 2 1/2 cups warm water
- salt (as per taste)
- 1/4 tsp. garam masala powder (Khada, or Kala Masala You can use either of the two.)
