This dish rocks!!!!! So simple to make and taste delicious. Thank you so much. I added a dozen and a half of small clams. I highly recommend it!!

Potatoes did not cook in an hour and 15 mins at that temp. I cooked the potatoes for an additional 1 hour and 1/2 (after removing the monkfish) before the potatoes where done. Other than that this recipe was great, I will make this again

Well, I have to say that this recipe was pretty darn good.
As I did not have Monk fish steaks but fillets, I chose not to place them in at the beginning, but a little later so as to not over cook them. I halved the recipe for we two, and it is fail safe.
Broad beans were the additional veg of choice, which worked well for us, cause we are mad for broad beans. 😋
We were pleasantly surprised with the outcome, the flavours were lovely and I will be cooking this very healthy dish again.
