  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • brown sugar (Coating)
  • 8 unsalted butter (tablepoons, 1 stick, melted)
  • 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar (packaged)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Took awhile to make but it was worth it the bread is soft and the cinnamon sugar glaze was yummy. I made double the frosting out of personal preference.

    Fabulous! I used half brown sugar/half Splenda with the cinnamon topping, and it still carmelized beautifully. Definitely time consuming, but worth it.
