Delicious! I did not follow the recipe exactly but still came out wonderful. I do not "fry" anything so omitted that step. I cooked it all in the instant pot along with rice(pot in pot method). I also added a large red bell pepper that needed to be used before going bad. So flavorful and easy.

This is the second time I made this fantastic recipe! Turned out as deliscious as the first time I made this. The whole family gobbled it up as it has such a nice flavour. This time I added some sliced carrots for colour and added some broccoli as I didn't have enough green beans. Thumbs Up 👍on this one folks!
