- 1 tsp. oil (see note 5)

Wonderful, the whole family loved the meatloaf including some picky teenagers! Make sure you have a lot of ketchup on hand this calls for a lot.

This meatloaf was just “ok” for my family. The sauce is way too sweet. Not my kind of meatloaf. I will keep searching for a better recipe.

I’ve personally never liked meatloaf very much, but I used this recipe to make some for my boyfriend for dinner since he had been craving it, and it was literally the best meatloaf we have EVER eaten! I did use way less vinegar, less onions, and substituted regular ketchup for whataburger’s spicy ketchup! Definitely will continue making it this way.

I changed out the beef bullion cubes for Chipotle bullion cubes to add a bit of bite. I also doubled the apple cider vinegar in the sauce. With those minor adjustments this was the best meatloaf I have ever had.

This was a little dry. I honestly don’t know what I could have done differently to make it more moist, but then again I’m new to this cooking thing. The sauce was some of the best meatloaf sauce I’ve ever had, so at least you could dip the meatloaf in the sauce to help combat the dryness. Other than that it was a pretty good dinner. It was my first time ever making meatloaf and I’m actually very happy with the way it turned out. The household was, also, very pleased. Will put into rotation.

Really good. We covered the top with fresh side and it was so juicy.

Most easiest receipe nothing exotic, so all staple spices were in my kitchen delicious with brussel sprouts and of course mashed potatoes definitely a do again recipe
