- 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
- spices (Chili)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (or freshly minced garlic)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 onion (medium to large size, diced)
- 2 red bell peppers (or green, chopped)
- worcestershire sauce (start with 1 Tbsp and then add more to taste)
