- 3 Tbsp. stout beer (preferably chocolate)
- 1 Tbsp. almond milk
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 Tbsp. butter (at room temperature)
