- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 7 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate (chopped, 170 grams)
- 1/4 cup stout beer
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter (12 tablespoons, 170 grams, softened but still cool)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 10 oz. mini marshmallows (divided)
