- 2 cups shredded cheese (freshly, – I highly recommend sharp cheddar with a small amount, 2 T of pecorino romano mixed in)

- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs (throw a slice in your blender and pulse)

- 1/2 lb. chicken sausage (I used Spicy Italian)
