Followed this recipe exactly as written. Super easy and delicious! Baked for 1 hour. Will make 2 loaves next time. My family of 3 devoured it. Served with mashed potatoes and cooked carrots. Angel food cake parfaits rounded out the meal ☺️.

I didn't have dry mustard so went with deli. It's in the oven as I type and am looking forward to trying it.

Finely chopped onion was the perfect upgrade. Doubled all ingredients, worked well. Sheet pan was a great idea to let fat move away from the loaf in the center. Left out dry mustard because I didn’t have any. Turned out very nice looking, delicious, and not dry. Family ate all it for dinner and leftovers within 24 hours.

cooked a little to long. Cook off some of the time frame by 30 min. Substitute bread crumbs for rite's crackers

It turned out great. My son loved it and he isn't much of a meatloaf person.

Very good. It was delicious but I didn’t put hot sauce in it. Definitely making it again and again

Came out great! Added extra Italian spices and substituted the ketchup with a can of peeled Italian tomatoes.

It’s very good, but the recipe could have had more. I added some Italian seasoning for more flavor.

Tasted awesome! Put about 1 tsp of garlic powder, mustard in place of dry mustard and Leon’s southern charm hot sauce!

Tried and trusted recipe turns out perfectly every time. I also add 1/2 lb of ground pork and 1 chopped bell pepper. Beautiful with topped with sauce and smashed potatoes on the side. Monica from SC
