- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (or cook chicken breasts in chili - see note)
- 2 cups cheeses (shredded Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend cheese)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 dash hot sauce (optional)

Super yummy! Very easy recipe, my broth juice came out a little watery which might have been because I didn’t properly measure my “Better than Boulion.” I added sour cream on top for serving which added to the texture. Supper yummy, definitely making again!
