    I did no like it at all. Actually it was the worst dish ever. I wold not recommend this to anyone . I thought the combination was weird but I went ahead and made it.

    I used muffin tins, as my husband and kids seem to like this as a muffin, not as a casserole. I also used sharp cheddar, orange in color. My family prefers the orange sharp cheddar, not the white. Use muffin wrappers, it makes clean up much easier. You can also use leftovers for breakfast with an egg on top or add some ham or bacon.

    This was super yummy and hardly made any dishes! I increased the recipe by 50% and it fit well in a 13x9 pan. Next time I think I'll grate the cheese and save some to sprinkle on top.

    this was my mom's go-to casserole also. we had it at every holiday meal. i make it all the time. it's great served with baked sweet potatoes.
