It tasted very good. I tweaked it and used red and yellow peppers bc that’s what I had. I’ll will definitely make this again.

I used brown rice because I had it on hand and my family enjoyed it

Delishhhhh! ❤️ didn't modify the recipe, loved everything in it. Especially the corn! Definitely adding this to the dinner rotation
