Description
Wisconsin chili is not like any other chili anywhere in the country. It's actually a soup and even has macaroni in it. There is even some versions with mushrooms, or celery. Anyway, it is a nice change, easy to make and goes great on a cold winter day with some soda crackers.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 1 lb. hamburger (browned with onion)
- 1 can red beans (kidney generally with juice)
- 1 can water
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 jar tomatoes (said this way because we always canned stewed tomatoes. This is a pint.)
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 paprika (shakes)
- chili powder (to taste)
- spaghetti (or macaroni)
- base (beef soup)

Directions
- toss it all in the pot an simmer for a half hour or so to meld the flavors. Add the cooked macaroni
