Easy and very beefy. I started with sautéed onion, celery, and garlic before adding in the meat and the broth to give it a little fuller flavor. I also added about a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the sauce. It was a good low fuss dinner.

I have to redo this because I cooked the meat one day and finished the following day. Meat was over cooked to me. I wonder if this could be a crockpot meal???

I made with a left over roast and saved the juice from the roast. It was great. My husband and 3 kids all liked it.
