- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 6 Tbsp. Nutella (or another chocolate spread)
- frosting (Toasted Marshmallow)
- 4 egg whites (you can choose to use pasteurized eggs or meringue powder)
- 3/4 cup organic sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- cream cheese frosting
- 4 oz. cream cheese (organic, or vegan alternative like Tofutti)
- 1/2 can coconut (creme)
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar (organic, you can also try coconut sugar just blend it on high first in your high speed blender to make it ultra fine)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
