- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour (280g)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (for rolling)
