Description
These little marinated pork strips are a nice addition to any appetizer table. Marinating them in some Mojo Marinade, sweetened with orange marmalade makes these not only tasty but also easy to make and eat. I developed the marinade to use on shrimp but it works equally well on pork.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup orange marmalade

Directions
- Mix together the marinade ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes or so, then let cool.
- Pour 1/2 or 1/4 of the cooled marinade over the sliced pork chops. Place in fridge to marinate 1 hour.
- Take the marinaded pork strips out of the fridge, place them in a single layer on a greased or parchment covered rimmed baking sheet, and broil 4-5 minutes, turn over and broil other side an additional 3-4 minutes or until pork is done.
- Serve immediately with some of the reserved marinade as a dipping sauce if desired.
