    The flavor was ok and meat was tender but the meat was dry. I put BBQ sauce on it to help. Pork chops unless grilled are a cooking problem.

    For 1" chops, an hour and a half is too long as rhey weren't all that moist, they were still kind of dry. Seasoning is not great, it was kind of bland.

    Wow, this turned out way better than I expected!! I'm very inexperienced when it comes to cooking, but these chops turned out great. juicy, and very tasty! Definitely making again!
