    Tase is ok, definitely helps to have corn and/or chilies added to the batter. I cooked it in a pan that was too small, use the casserole pan

    Turned out very nice a delicious and perfect with our chili. The family really liked it. With a little honey butter, it’s was even better.

    This is a great base recipe. It was nice and moist as described. I will change the flour/cornmeal ratio and put in more cornmeal. My preference is for a stronger corn flavour.

    Very easy to make and I will make it again. I did not modify it in any way, but had some thoughts about optional extras, so will be trying varying things!!!
