The cornbread was moist and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness will be making this one again

I wasn’t a fan of cornbread until I made this. I loved it! My husband prefers old fashion cornbread until he tasted this version. I was low on sugar and managed to scrape out 1/2 cup. So if you find yourself in the same situation, proceed. It was perfect!

Turned out GREAT. Skillet baked; turned out moist with crispy edges. Delicious!
