- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk (I use original cashew or almond milk)
- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (are optional too!)
