- 3 tsp. granulated sugar (enough to coat lemon zest)

It didn't rise, and wouldn't bake, It had a nice flavor! but was pretty raw....

My first attempt at a bundt cake was a huge success! I didn't use the icing, but it was deliciously sweet and moist without it. I will definitely make it again!

It looks beautiful, not sure how it tastes because I made it for a friend who requested it for her hubby. It sure looks good though. I will have to make one for my family so we can try it out.
