Delicious
Half of them were eaten before I got the cream cheese icing done. I also shredded the carrots instead of chopping them. Will make again with a bit more cinnamon.

Super moist! I shredded the carrots instead of chopping because I'm too impatient to read to the bottom of the recipe ;).
The frosting is wonderful! Orange zest brightens the look and the palette! Will make again with less sugar and part whole wheat.
