- 18 grams psyllium husk (finely ground*)
- 14 grams coconut flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup xylitol (golden erythritol, or coconut sugar, to taste, I use 3/4 cup)
- 1 tsp. blackstrap molasses (totally optional!)
- 3 tsp. banana extract (I use 3 tsp**)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 90 grams Greek-style yogurt (full fat, or sour cream)
- 1 cup chopped pecans (roughy, or walnuts optional)
