This was delicious!!! We went low carb for the new year and only 12 days in, you really miss some foods. My husband and 11 year old son both loved it! They said it tasted like mashed potatoes! It takes a lot of pressing to get all the water out and then I used 2 thin dish towels to press it out again. I did leave out the garlic because my husband isn't a big fan of garlic. Still yummy!! My only problem was I didn't make enough!!!! Next time I'll definitely make more!
