    Was hard to roll into balls as went to soft when using a blender. Had to put into silicon molds . I did this by putting the melted chocolate on the bottom and spinning in the coffee centre and topping again with the chocolate. This worked well and were abel to be popped out and kept in the freezer for a nice treat! They are really yummy! And a perfect healthy low carb luxury.
