- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (cold and cubed)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil (or melted coconut oil)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 large egg (beaten with 1 Tablespoon, 15ml milk)
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate (coarsely chopped)
