Made this salad for a 4oth birthday with a lot of vegetarians attending and it went down a treat. Love love love the goats cheese is this salad and will be making it a lot more.

I've made this 3 times in the last month. The bowl gets completely cleaned out every time I serve it. It's very simple but the flavors are amazing. The dressing really pulls it all together.
