    Brainwave recipe! I couldn't find black beans at the time, so I used tuna instead. For those pescatarians and meat-eaters out there, it worked like a bomb! It's a favourite meal to make in bulk and eat throughout the week, adding copious amounts of fresh cilantro as you go.
