This simple recipe is perfect for a quick, yet healthy breakfast! It can be easily modified to make it gluten or dairy free. Mix in any kind of flour or milk that you like!

- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oats (or oat bran)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- white chocolate chips
- frozen berries
- honey

Directions
- Combine all ingredients very well into a bowl. (except for white chocolate, berries, and honey)
- Pour entire mixture into a large skillet and cook on medium-low heat.
- When crepe is cooked on one side and dry on the edges, flip it over as neatly as possible.
