- 4 cups spinach (loosely packed)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 pt. blackberries (picked through)
- 2 cups strawberries (fresh, hulled and sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or honey)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. dijon
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley (or dried, finely chopped)
