Taste pretty good. If you want to cut down on the calories and fat from the peanut butter, use something like PB2 or some other powdered peanut butter. just substitute 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder for the regular peanut butter. you can go from 95 cal for 1 Table spoon natural peanut butter to 22.5 cal in something like PB2.
