- 200 grams pitted dates (chopped)
- 250 mL boiling water
- 1 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
- 250 grams low fat yoghurt
- 60 grams cocoa powder
- 150 grams cocoa (high, content dark chocolate, gently melted)
- 75 grams ground almonds
- 175 grams rice flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 small eggs (large or 3, separate the egg yolks from whites- retain both in separate bowls.)
- 115 grams xylitol
- 125 grams reduced fat cream cheese (/or 50% less fat creme fraiche)
- 40 grams clear honey (or Xylitol)
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa (plus a little extra to dust the top.)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
