My family asked for this to be added to rotation. Simple and tasty and juicy! I used fresh, not frozen chicken. The inspiration to look for the recipe was my garden. I grow banana peppers. I didn’t realize I needed pickled peppers until I read the instructions. So I ended up using the jar from the store. I served over rice.
