  • 2 grams wakame (Dried, seaweed, rehydrated and cut into pieces if long)
  • 400 milliliters dashi stock (see Home Style Japanese Dashi Stock)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons miso (Note 2)
  • shallots (Julienned)
  • 100 grams daikon (white raddish, 3mm / 0.1 inch slice then into quarter circles, Note 1)
  • 1/2 aburaage (sheet, Note 2)
  • 400 milliliters dashi stock (see Home Style Japanese Dashi Stock)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons miso paste (Note 3)
