- 16 oz. egg noodles (found in the refrigerated section of your supermarket. You can also use linguini, spaghetti or angel hair pasta)
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha (or Chili Oil)
- 2 scallions (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp. ginger (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar (or Truvia)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
